The vineyards from which this wine originates are Budignacco, Zavognza, Dragica and Ruttars, at altitudes between 100 and 180 metres above sea level.

Pairing

It should not be served too cold, around 8–10 °C. Wine for starters, ham dishes, meatless risottos, vegetable soufflés, fish and egg dishes.

Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow colour. The nose is dominated by white flowers with notes of lychee, followed by sage, green tomato and a hint of bay leaf and spring flowers. A complex aroma. Very fresh on the palate, with plenty of volume in the mid-palate. The finish reveals the juiciness of the fruit, balanced by a mineral note.

Nice entry on the palate. The mid-palate is straightforward and juicy, and the finish is reminiscent of the powerful, mineral notes of lemon. A wine with intense aromas, typical of vineyards on slopes with marl and sandstone soils and good sun exposure.
