1. General

The general terms and conditions are the basis for a fair customer relationship. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the general terms and conditions. We make every effort to serve our customers according to their needs and to their complete satisfaction. To keep the general terms and conditions readable, we use the masculine form, but of course, we also address wine lovers.





2. Scope
Our entire offer from www.dmvini.ch is aimed at a worldwide clientele.





3. Youth Protection
The sale and delivery of wine and spirits can only be made to persons over 18 years of age. The purchaser confirms with the order that they are of legal age.



 

4. Prices
All prices are per item in Swiss francs, including VAT. Price changes and limited-time promotions are possible at any time and do not require prior notice.





5. Payment Methods
For initial orders, we request prepayment. For immediate deliveries to new customers, you have the option to pay via Mastercard, Visa, PostFinance Card, PayPal, Twint, or advance payment. Cash payment, EC-Direct, and PostFinance Card are valid payment methods for ordering and collecting in our wine shop. Until full payment of the invoice, the goods remain the property of DM Vini D. Martello Panno. A default interest of 5% will be charged for late payments. Reminder fees will be charged at a flat rate of CHF 20.





6. Pickup and Cash Payment Discount
If the ordered goods are collected and paid for at DM Vini, Hasliring 11, 6032 Emmen (cash, Maestro, PostFinance), we grant a discount of 3% on complete 6-bottle boxes (exclusions apply for rarities, spirits, and promotions).





7. Value Discounts per Order
500.00 - 999.00 = 5% discount
1000.00 and more = 7% discount
Exclusions from these deductions are rarities, spirits, and promotions.





8. Delivery Conditions
Free delivery throughout Switzerland starting from CHF 99.00. For smaller order volumes, flat packaging and shipping costs of CHF 15.00 will be charged. You will usually receive your order within 3-4 working days.





9. Foreign Delivery Conditions
Customs and VAT of the destination country are at the buyer's expense. The share of freight costs will be calculated according to the foreign delivery rates table. After receipt and approval of the order and payment, the order will be definitively delivered. Transport is carried out by an independent transport company. The insurance of the goods is already included in the displayed transport costs, so there are no risks on the buyer's side. You will usually receive your order within 10 days. Unfortunately, spirits cannot be delivered abroad.




10. Exchange/Return
If the delivered wine does not meet your expectations or should not satisfy the quality, or if the wine should have a defect, we are willing to take back the shipment by prior agreement and exchange it or possibly fully reimburse the amount you paid. However, the customer must bear the return transport costs for the wines.
