Pinot Grigio DOC Collio BIO 2024

The grapes are grown in the vineyards of Budignacco, Pozar and Dragica at an altitude of 100 to 140 metres above sea level on clay-marl soils.

An aperitif wine that pairs well with all starters, soups, fried and baked fish, and main courses featuring white meat. It can also be served with savoury cheeses.

This wine displays the classic light straw yellow colour of the variety. On the nose, the aroma spectrum ranges from baked pear and sweet spices to floral notes and hints of herbs. On the palate, ripe sweet peach and melon alternate with a round, creamy mid-palate and a finish with a hint of hazelnut. A full-bodied wine with balanced acidity and fruit aromas, produced from low yields and fully ripe grapes.
