Masera Chardonnay Bianco VDD 2020

For the Maserà Bianco of Madonna delle Vittorie, the must is left in contact with the marc at the end of the two fermentations (alcoholic and BSA) until the end of December. Separation takes place after about 4 months, followed by further ageing for 6 months in clay amphorae. This is followed by filtration, bottling and another 6 months in the bottle.

Intense yellow color, the bouquet has hints of yellow peach and dried fruit, pleasantly smooth, well balanced, with a savory and slightly tannic finish.
