Made from Pinot Noir grapes from the Guyot school in the Maso Sasso region.

Fantastic as an aperitif, but also during a meal with fish dishes.

Rose, orange peel with a fine and persistent perlage. Delicate nose with the characteristic hints of Pinot and bread crust. Creamy in the mouth but dry and decisive, characterized by the right acidity in the background.
