This sparkling wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. This Trento DOC is produced using the traditional Metodo Classico "Mèthode Champenoise". 24 months yeast storage.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif. It goes perfectly with any sophisticated and delicate dish.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow, persistent white foam, very fine, continuous perlage. Intense notes of yeast and bread crust on the nose. Dry, tasty and balanced on the palate.
