"Soil: warm, fertile, deep porphyry weathered soils. Vinification: gentle processing and pressing,temperature-controlled fermentation as well as ageing on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation".
Food recommendation: with starters, pasta, rice dishes, steamed and baked fish, egg and mushroom dishes, asparagus, cheese and wine as an aperitif.
