The grapes for this prestigious Sylvaner come from the sun-drenched vineyards around Säben Abbey, the ‘Acropolis of Tyrol’. Strict selection, uncompromising yield reduction and gentle vinification in acacia wood barrels give this wine its unmistakable character.

Colour: greenish yellow to light yellow. Aroma: elegant, fresh and fruity, with mineral and earthy notes reminiscent of peaches and green apples. Taste: fresh and robust, with lively acidity and a long finish.
