"Soil: mineral-rich, gravelly diorite and quartz phyllite weathered soils. Vinification: gentle processing and pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation and ageing on fine yeast in stainless steel tanks. ageing on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation."
