Kerner Sabiona A. Adige V. Isarco DOC 2020

"Soil: mineral-rich, poor, shallow, stony diorite weathered soils. Vinification: gentle pressing after a short maceration period, temperature-controlled fermentation in tonneaux followed by 15 months of ageing in tonneaux on fine lees. No malolactic fermentation. Final bottle ageing of 9 months."

Food recommendation: with fish dishes, starters, asparagus, herbal rice, egg dishes, mushroom dishes, excellent as an aperitif.

Colour: light yellow. Taste: spicy, racy, strong, with lively acidity. On the nose: intensive, aromatic, reminiscent of apricots and peaches.
