It is only in recent years that the Eisack Valley has begun to focus on this noble grape variety. Thanks to greatly reduced yields, a fruity, very elegant wine matures here, living up to its reputation as the king of white wines.

Colour: greenish to light yellow. Aroma: delicate, elegant, mineral, peach, apricot, quince. Taste: fresh, refined, juicy spice, lively fullness.
