Soil: mineral-rich, barren, stony diorite and quartz phyllite weathered soils. Vinification: gentle processing and pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation as well as ageing on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation."
Food recommendation: with light starters, salad dishes, egg dishes and mushroom dishes, grilled fish, also excellent as an aperitif.
Colour: straw yellow with green reflections. Taste: spicy, with finely balanced acidity, slightly reminiscent of nutmeg, peaches and apricots. On the nose: fresh, racy, intense, aromatic.
