Spumante Etna DOC Blanc de Noir Brut 2021

Blanc de Noir crafted using the Classic Method, aged at least 30 months on the lees. The grapes from indigenous varieties Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio are carefully selected from terraced vineyards at 550 meters above sea level. Etna's soil consists of lava and clay – the local "gghiara" – formed by centuries of eruptions. These unique mineral characteristics give the wine its exceptional elegance.

Excellent as an aperitif. Pairs beautifully with dishes featuring delicate flavors such as fish, risotto, vegetables, and seafood.

Intense yellow with pleasant greenish reflections. Fine and elegant bouquet with notes of bread crust and flowers. Lively froth on the palate with thin, fine and persistent perlage.
