Etna Bianco La Gelsomina DOC 2023

An autochthonous Sicilian grape variety with a bright straw-yellow colour. On the nose it shows a Mediterranean character, with a refined bouquet from which emerge fragrant nuances of white fruit pulp, peach, almond and orange blossom. On the palate, it shows freshness, softness and elegance.

First courses Fish, fried crustaceans, oysters and grilled prawns.
