"Soil: warm, fertile, deep, weathered porphyry soils. Vinification: gentle processing and pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation as well as fermentation and ageing on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation."
Food recommendation: with asparagus, snails, boiled or grilled fish, as an aperitif.
Colour: greenish-yellow. Taste: dry, round, racy. In the nose: intense, of nettles and black currants.
