The Rosso dei Notri is the winery's entry-level wine, made from a second selection of the harvest after the berries for the great wines have already been selected. It is a young wine that can be drunk with the whole meal. After the harvest in the 2nd and 3rd week of September, a traditional maceration takes place. Most of the Sangiovese is then matured in steel tanks while the rest of the wine is aged for about 3 months in French barriques.

A wonderfully fruity drop with a fleshy, long-lasting taste and a very pleasant overall harmony.
