An elegant blend of Chardonnay and Viognier that reflects the sunny terroir of western Sicily. Fruit, freshness and richness combine to create a harmonious white wine with a Mediterranean character.
It pairs perfectly with fish dishes, seafood and antipasti, and makes an elegant aperitif.
An intense yellow colour with greenish highlights. On the nose, exotic fruits, Sicilian citrus notes and subtle hints of broom blossoms. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and smooth, with lovely body, subtle minerality and a harmonious, lingering finish.
