An indigenous Sicilian grape variety with a bright straw yellow color. On the nose it shows a Mediterranean character, with a sophisticated bouquet from which fragrant nuances of white pulp, peach, almond and orange blossom emerge. On the palate it shows freshness, softness and elegance.
First courses fish, fried crustaceans, oysters and grilled shrimps.
