Donna Lisa Salice Salentino Riserva 2020

The Riserva "Donna Lisa" is made from the Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grape varieties and is one of the great Apulian wines. The wine is only made from strictly selected ripe and healthy grapes.

With starters such as house pie or game terrines, dark mushroom sauces, braised dishes, dark poultry such as duck or guinea fowl, steak varieties, grilled meat, semi-hard and hard cheeses such as Sbrinz or mountain cheese.

Black berry, jam-like bouquet, with notes of licorice and vanilla, also precious woods. Pleasantly soft flowing palate, blackberries and black cherries, underlined by a pleasant freshness, light smoky notes and pleasant roasted aromas, well-embedded tannins, long-lasting, characterful finish.
