Located in Boada de Roa, in the heart of the Ribera del Duero region, vineyards with an average age of 30 years, harvested by hand.

Our wine is a versatile companion for many dishes. It pairs beautifully with a wide range of meats, hearty stews, and rich, aromatic sauces. It also enhances rice dishes and seasonal game. With desserts, it complements chocolate and fresh red berries perfectly, adding a refined finishing touch.

An attractive garnet red colour, with medium to deep intensity. Clear and brilliant. Intense on the nose, pure, with pleasant notes of balsamic, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Balanced, intense, silky and full-bodied; its acidity lends it freshness. Particularly noteworthy is its complexity on the finish, which brings us back to subtle toasted notes.
