This wine pairs perfectly with fresh salads, pasta with light or creamy sauces, and pizza. Thanks to its freshness and elegance, it also accompanies delicate white fish dishes and white meat, highlighting their subtle flavours.

Straw yellow colour with green reflections and globular tears, which give us an indication of its glycolic potential. Its aromas are classic and powerful, varietal, green herbs, mineral, citrus. A slow and silky palate, sober acidity that guarantees longevity, and a finish with bitter memories and savoury, balanced and persistent sensations.
