Special selection of the ripest grapes in the vineyard. Half from vines over 80 years old. Hand-harvested and hand-picked three times! No use of pressed wine. Fermentation in 600 litre barrels with regular stirring of the yeast. 10 month ageing.

Bright copper red. Subtle fruity bouquet, reminiscent of quince, honey and roasted oak. Creamy structure on the palate, fresh, well-fitting acidity, long substance. Finely dry wood notes in the finish. Stunning rosé in tasteful - aristocratic style! *** Lovely nose, gently vanilla cream character with wild strawberry fruit and hint of toast. Palate too, touch of pear drop, but coreis peach, pear and wild strawberry, with some toasty oak, oily texture, touch of creamy vanilla and a long finish with touch of bitter almond, hint of alcohol warmth and orange blossom.
