Tasting notes

Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Aroma with notes of fresh fruit (quince, plum, peach, pear, banana and citrus fruits) and dried fruit (hazelnut and almond), hawthorn, broom and vanilla. Savoury, fresh flavour with good structure and a finish of quince, plum and peach.
