As a typical Bordeaux Cuvee, the Giusto dei Notri is typical for the winery. Harvested in the 2nd and 3rd week of September, the fermentation takes place for about 25 days in wood. The wine then matures for about 18 months in partly new and partly used French barriques. After bottling in May, it rests for another 6 months in the bottle before being released for sale.
Venison, lamb, fish dishes.
The wine has a beautiful deep red color and a scent of ripe berries. The Giusto di Notri has a light taste of dark berries with a very spicy aftertaste.
