Giusto di Notri IGT Toscana

Comments

As a typical Bordeaux cuvee, the Giusto dei Notri is typical of the winery. Harvested in the 2nd and 3rd week of September, fermentation takes place in wood for about 25 days. The wine then matures for around 18 months in partly new and partly used French barriques. After bottling in May, it rests in the bottle for another 6 months before being released for sale.

The wine has a beautiful deep red color and a scent of ripe berries. The Giusto di Notri has a light taste of dark berries with a very spicy aftertaste.
