Cormano is made from grapes from vineyards that are 25 - 40 years old. The careful and loving care of the vineyards and the summer green harvest (thinning out the superfluous grapes) allow the harvest of a product of extremely high quality and concentration.

Perfect with red grilled meat, venison in sauce, creamy risotto dishes.

This wine is velvety and harmonious with nice, balanced and sweet tannins thanks to the aging in new French oak barrels for 17 months. This Merlot has an intense, concentrated ruby red color, an incisive structure with warm scents, dominant notes of blackberry jam and undergrowth that stand out in the aromatic structure. On the palate, a great elegance and balance slowly develops thanks to the sweet, round and complex, but unobtrusive tannins. The solid structure makes this feeling a long and lasting one.
