Caronte is made from grapes from vineyards that are over 40 years old. The careful and loving care of the vineyards and the summer green harvest (thinning out the superfluous grapes) allow the harvest of a product of extremely high quality and concentration.

Goes well with dark meat, game dishes and fine Ticino dishes in general.

Dense crimson. Delicate bouquet with intense wild berry fruit, notes of coffee, precious woods. Very good structure and substantial on the palate, but at the same time extremely elegant. Fine-grained tannins on the finish with a long aging potential.
