Cime di Rapa Vasi 200 g

Turnip tops are grown starting from October and harvested in different phases from December to March, depending on the variety of plants. The harvesting technique consists of manually cutting the most tender tops. Once harvested, the turnips are washed by hand to remove the hardest parts, blanched, seasoned and finally bottled in extra virgin olive oil, in a 200 g glass jar.
