A maximum of 800 gr. to - 1 kg are harvested per vine. Flat production approx. 12'000.
With risotto, polenta with mushrooms, roast meats, medium-aged cheeses.
Very intense crimson with ruby shimmers. Intoxicating and richly scented with wild berries and fine wood, accompanied by notes of vanilla, liquorice and cocoa with a hint of pepper. Very complex and powerful on the palate, intense, red and dark berries, fine roasted aromas, lots of smoothness, present and juicy tannins, appears elegant and sensual despite its concentration. Very long lasting finish.
