A maximum of 800 grams to -1 kg are harvested per vine. Area production approx. 12,000.
With risotto, polenta with mushrooms, roasted meat, medium-aged cheeses.
Very intense purple red with ruby shimmer. Intoxicating and richly scented on the nose of wild berries, fine wood, accompanied by vanilla, licorice and cocoa notes with a hint of pepper. Very complex and powerful on the palate, intense, red and dark berries, fine roasted aromas, lots of melting, present and juicy tannins, appears elegant and sensual despite its concentration. Very long lasting finish.
