Veganduja In Vetro

Veganduja is a spreadable, fridge-fresh product (store at 0-4°C) that is very similar in taste and texture to the traditional Calabrian 'nduja. The basic ingredients are wheat and soy flour, extra virgin olive oil, hot chili pepper and a pinch of smoky aroma to give the product that smoky note that is a distinctive feature of the Calabrian 'nduja. The recipe, which was developed with the support of a nutritional biologist, has nutritionally interesting properties: high protein content, no saturated fatty acids, no lactose and milk derivatives, no preservatives. Ideal for vegans and vegetarians, but also for those who need to control their diet without sacrificing taste.
