This sparkling wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. This Trento DOC is produced with the traditional Metodo Classico "Mèthode Champenoise". 24 months of yeast aging.

Pairing

Excellent as an alperitif. It also goes perfectly with any refined and delicate dish.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow, persistent white foam, very fine continuous perlage. Intense notes of yeast and bread crust on the nose. Dry, tasty and balanced on the palate.
