Comments

The grapes for Poggio al Grillo were harvested by hand in crates and selected in the vineyard. Fermentation took place under a controlled temperature in a concrete tank for about 15 days.

Fine pasta dishes, white meat and poultry.

Tasting notes

Vermilion red with violet reflections, red fruits with cherry and cassis notes. Structured on the palate, good balance, rich in fine-grained tannins on the finish.
