Comments

Hand harvesting, cold maceration, soft pressing. Fermentation with controlled temperature in steel wine barrels for about 15 days.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow with golden reflections, fruity nose, tropical with orange notes, intense, persistent, spicy. Well balanced and fresh on the palate with an intense herbal aftertaste.
