The best grapes of this old grape variety come from two carefully tended Pinot Noir plots and were selected for a special maturation process: 9 months in oak barrels. A limited vintage for lovers of Pinot Noir and unique moments of enjoyment. This wine is limited to just 960 numbered bottles.

Simply salted and peppered beef with red wine reduction or braised pork, mushroom sauces, baked poultry, aged goat cheese, grilled vegetable casseroles.
