Fermentation in stainless steel vats and in French oak, ageing in barriques for at least 18 months. Lamb, roast or cooked meat, perfect with dishes with truffles and interesting with cheese, aged cold meats or toast with pâté.

Ruby red with garnet reflections. Fragrant, fine and complex with fruity notes of currants, blackberries and strawberries, a hint of rose and violets, sweet spice and toasted notes of leather and almonds. Dry, full-bodied, acidic, powerful and elegant, balanced and with a long finish.
