The vineyards are located in Santa Giuletta and are characterised by clayey-limestone soils. The average age of the vines is 30 years and the training system is guyot. After about 12 months in barriques, only the best parcels are selected and blended. Bottling is followed by further refinement in the bottle for about 1 year. 5384 bottles, 300 magnum, 15 jéroboam and 10 réhoboam.

Steaks, lamb chops, grilled fish and vegetables. Also excellent with veal and game dishes.

Refined, elegant nose with ripe plums, cherries and subtle roasted aromas of the barriques. Quite fruity, juicy with lots of dark berries, soft and elegant, harmonious - silky texture, ripe, fine tannin structure and fresh acidity

The characteristic scents of Chardonnay such as pineapple, cedar peel, hazelnut and acacia rub in the glass, well mixed with the touch of boisé from oak barrels in which the wine is refined. The sip is rich and deep, gradually developing a range of citrus, fruity and complex mineral sensations. Sharp flavor well blended with a lively but noble and ripe acidity that introduces the toasted hazelnut finish.
