Noble crustaceans with white meat (lobster, spider crab), sea and lake fish with white meat in sauce, risottos and starters with seasonal vegetables and medium-aged semi-hard cheese.

Bright and vibrant canary yellow with golden nuances. The characteristic scents of Chardonnay such as pineapple, cedar peel, hazelnut and acacia rub in the glass, well mixed with the touch of boisé from oak barrels in which the wine is refined. The sip is rich and deep, gradually developing a range of citrus, fruity and complex mineral sensations. Sharp flavor well blended with a lively but noble and ripe acidity that introduces the toasted hazelnut finish.
