The vineyards are located in Santa Giuletta and are characterized by loamy-limestone soils. The average age of the vines is 30 years and the training system is guyot. After about 12 months in barriques, only the best plots are selected and blended. After bottling, it is further refined in the bottle for about 1 year. 5384 bottles, 300 magnum, 15 jeroboam and 10 réhoboam

Grilled steaks, lamb chops, fish and vegetables. Also excellent with veal and game dishes.

Finesse, elegant nose with ripe plums, cherries and subtle roasted aromas from the barriques. Quite fruity, juicy with lots of dark berries, soft and elegant, harmonious - silky texture, ripe, fine tannin structure and acid freshness

Sharp flavor well blended with a lively but noble and ripe acidity that introduces the toasted hazelnut finish.
