Perseo is the fruit of an idea that has matured over time, with the aim of obtaining a wine of great depth that, when sipped, recalls the outstanding moments that marked its production. It is made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which, after a slight drying, are macerated for 16-18 days at a controlled temperature of 26°C.
The Perseo is suitable for various combinations with savory dishes based on red meat and aged cheese. It is also ideal as a meditation wine.
It has an intense ruby red color, very bright, fruity aromas surrounded by spicy notes related to the grape varieties and the toasting in the oak barrels. It is characterized by a pronounced structure, which is due to the natural drying of the grapes, which gives this wine considerable complexity.
