This wine is the result of careful vinification of individual grapes, which have different ripening times, with Merlot ripening earlier than Cabernet Sauvignon and Corvina. The pressing and fermentation therefore take place separately. Only during maturation are the wines blended and aged for at least six months in tonneaux of the second vineyard with frequent "batonage".
It goes well with first courses and risotto, excellent with meat and medium-ripened cheeses.
Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. It has fruity aromas reminiscent of cherries, plums and small fruits. On the palate it is balanced, medium-bodied, fresh and soft, with an enveloping structure.
