Tasting notes

It has a bright, light yellow color with green reflections and is characterized by floral and fruity aromas reminiscent of passion fruit and apple, with subtle notes of gooseberry. On the palate the aroma is confirmed with great fullness and elegance, combined with a fresh and lively acidity.
