Winemaking process: harvest in baskets, 14 hours of cold maceration, pressing and settling of the must with cold fermentation and aging in stainless steel.

Fish grilled / fried, fish poached, vegetable dishes, medium-aged cheese, seafood / shellfish

Bright straw yellow, aromas of white flowers and ripe fruit on the nose. Mineral, balanced and fresh on the palate. An elegant and delicate white wine.
