Comments

From a single vineyard in Controguerra, in the province of Teramo, this wine, with its velvety softness and intense flavours of ripe red fruit, tells of one of the most special terroirs in Abruzzo. It first matures in French oak barriques and then for a long time in the bottle.

Pairing

This wine from Abruzzo is ideal with meat dishes (roasts, steaks).

Tasting notes

On the nose, it has lively notes of blackberries, plums, blueberries and berries. Round, viscous and full-bodied on the palate. Fine-grained tannins on the finish.
