In Madonna delle Vittorie's Maserà Bianco, the must is left in contact with the pomace at the end of the two fermentations (alcoholic and BSA) until the end of December. The separation takes place after approx. 4 months, followed by further maturation for 6 months in clay amphorae. This is followed by filtration, bottling and another 6 months in the bottle.

Intense yellow color, the bouquet has hints of yellow peach and dried fruits, pleasantly soft, well balanced, with a savory and slightly tannic finish.
