Crema Pomodori Secchi Vasi 100 g

To make the Sun-Dried Tomato Cream, we use our sun-dried tomatoes in the summer, which we finely chop and cook in flavoured extra virgin olive oil, all strictly without additives. After being cooked, the cream is bottled and pasteurised in a bain-marie, so it can be preserved.

Sun-dried tomato cream is excellent for making canapés, filling sandwiches, and even better for making pasta-based recipes, or for enriching meat sauces.
