Finocchietto Selvatico Vasi 50 g

Wild fennel is a rustic aromatic perennial plant that grows in coastal areas characterized by arid soil. In summer, the wild fennel plant produces yellow and very fragrant flowers, gathered in umbrella-shaped inflorescences. From these flowers then grow very small fruits or achenes "seeds", of a grayish-green color, once collected they are dried and used in cooking for their aromatic flavor.
