Crema Cosentina Vasi 100 g

Cosentina cream is a tasty mix of slightly spicy vegetables. It was born from a very southern need to nibble at the table while waiting for the main course to arrive.

Ingredients: Artichoke pulp, aubergine pulp, chilli cream, fresh onion, thyme, extra virgin olive oil, garlic cream, black pepper.

Excellent for seasoning bruschetta and crostini, for enriching pasta sauces or for completing good risottos.
