Made from Chardonnay grapes exclusively from Philippe Costa's six hectares of vines from the most exclusive site in the Côte des Blancs and Pinot Noir from vineyards in the Grand Cru de Ay.

Tasting notes

The wine is initially closed on the nose. On air, notes of fresh sage, raspberry, fruit and biscuits are released. The palate is mineral, with a delicate mousse and the perfect balance between personality and elegance.
