Like most of Bibi Graetz’s wines, the name is very evocative: Casamatta Rosso reflects the freshness, transparency and strength of red berries of Sangiovese. The “little Testamatta” is entirely vinified in stainless steel to preserve its playful and vibrant character.
Goes excellently with grilled and roasted dishes, as well as with Mediterranean dishes.
The ‘little Testamatta Bianco’ is made from the youngest vineyards on the island of Giglio, a place that knows a lot about the traditional traditional grape varieties. Casamatta Bianco is a blend of freshness and succulence brought by the sea breeze.
